Atlántico: 60 opportunities for a new beginning
Following discussions with representatives of the Atlántico Governor's Office, Annette Second Chance Foundation proposes an educational commitment of 60 scholarships for people facing significant need.

Participating institutions would identify candidates under their own criteria and processes, including women who have survived abuse and people progressing through recovery and reintegration.
